First Time Visitors

We were all new at one time and remember what it’s like so we’ve provided the information below, knowing that it’s easier to venture into a new place when you know what to expect. If you would like more information please contact one of our elders and they would be happy to help answer any questions you may have.

Who We Are

CrossPoint Church is a church that began out of necessity and we still see it as a necessity today. Over the past 10 years, we have sought to serve our community with the life giving message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. In early 2013 the church changed its name from Westside Baptist Church to CrossPoint Church and moved locations to our current home on Bacon Creek Rd. The mission of “Striving for Authentic Christianity” remains the same. We believe that God has placed us here for a reason and that reason includes God’s Glory and our everlasting Joy.

What To Expect In Our Services

Our Sunday gatherings have a relaxed, inviting atmosphere where people from all different backgrounds and walks of life are welcome. Our worship services are focused on worshiping God through music, prayer, scripture reading, giving, and peaching.  We believe that God has given  us instructions in the text of scripture how he is to be worship and we seek to honor that in all that we do during our worship time. Our preaching is expository in nature, focusing on the text of scripture, its meaning and application. Our pastor’s regular practice is to go verse by verse through a passage or book of the Bible. Our Sunday worship services begin at 10:15 A.M.
